MR. AISU HANDMADE ICE CREAM

Mr Aisu is an ice cream lover. In 2005, he went to a local artisanal ice cream factory in Tasmania, Australia to volunteer and after that became a Gelato Chef over there. To make delicious ice cream, Mr Aisu found that the important tip is to use high quality natural ingredients without any artificial flavorings.
Mr. Aisu started its business in April 2016 with just two of their flavors which is strawberry and teh tarik ice cream. Mr Aisu insists on using natural ingredients from Cameron Highlands, his hometown. Mr Aisu keeps looking for more and more ingredients to create new flavors while actively working with those local farmers. High quality highlands grown banana, lime, passion fruit, pineapple, rockmelon and sweetcorn were sourced from Cameron Highlands. As Cameron Highlands is unable to satisfy the variety of flavors, Mr Aisu started to reach out to other parts of Malaysia and also overseas. Hence, you can taste the flavors from Raub Musang King, Bidor Chukanan Mango, Piemonte (Italy) Hazelnut, California (USA) Pistachio, Darjeeling (India) Lavender and Rose Black Tea, Uji (Japan) Matcha and so on.
There are also other dishes you can try like bakeries and cuisines like pizza, spaghetti, sandwiches and snacks. But I will still recommend you to try the ice cream and also the waffle set. You can eat the original taste of the natural ingredients under the cold weather.
